Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced part-time Marketing Manager to lead Cornerstone’s multi-channel marketing strategy, grow brand awareness, and drive client acquisition. Reporting to the COO, you’ll work 25 hours per week remotely from home. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, outside agencies and contractors, and internal teams to translate data-driven insights into creative campaigns that advance our mission.

What You’ll Do

Focus Area

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

• Refresh and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with practice goals.

• Protect and enhance Cornerstone’s brand voice across all platforms.

• Manage external partners (SEO, Google Ads, web, developers, etc) to deliver projects on time and on budget.

• Track KPIs weekly, analyze performance, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Content Plan & Execution

• Build a rolling monthly content calendar (blog, video, email, social, print, events).

• Oversee creation and distribution of optimized content, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Experiment with emerging tools—especially AI-driven solutions—to increase reach and efficiency.

Industry Trends & Market Analysis

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior.

• Produce a concise monthly “Trends & Performance” report for leadership and agency partners.

Partnership Development

• Guide Community Liaisons and staff in outreach, networking events, and referral cultivation.

• Strengthen relationships with churches, nonprofits, and first-responder organizations.

• Identify collaborations that spotlight the Cornerstone Scholarship Fund and boost community impact.

Budget Stewardship

• Work with the CEO and CFO to prioritize budget spend for maximum return on investment.

• Track and report on budget versus actuals, recommending reallocations as needed.

What You’ll Bring
Experience & Education
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar, required
  • Well-versed in the mental health industry, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, preferred
Skills, Strengths and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to interpret, develop, communicate and execute data-driven marketing plans with long-term vision and measurable outcome.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, assess market trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Creative thinker with a track record of producing innovative, audience-specific marketing concepts and campaigns across digital platforms, including SEO, social media, generative AI, and content marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to clearly convey marketing strategies to cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in building and maintaining strategic community partnerships
  • Alignment with Cornerstone’s mission, values, and strategic goals.
