Job description

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Account Manager based in Madagascar to support our staff augmentation operations. In this role, you’ll be the key liaison between clients and our internal recruitment and operations teams—ensuring we consistently deliver top-tier talent aligned with client needs. You’ll help manage day-to-day communications, support onboarding, track performance, and contribute to the overall satisfaction and growth of each engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for client accounts receiving staff augmentation services.

  • Collaborate with recruitment and talent operations teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s staffing needs, technical requirements, and culture fit.

  • Oversee onboarding processes and coordinate handoffs between recruitment, operations, and client teams.

  • Monitor performance and gather regular feedback from both clients and placed consultants.

  • Resolve any service delivery issues quickly and professionally, escalating when needed.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and tracking tools.

  • Support contract renewals, extensions, and opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in talent delivery, recruiting, or staffing environments.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and time zones effectively.

  • Experience working with CRM, applicant tracking systems, and project management tools.

  • Proven ability to work independently while staying aligned with global teams.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with technical and IT job profiles.

  • Experience supporting global staff augmentation or outsourced teams.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a “get-it-done” attitude.
