About the role
- Compassionately managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
- Manage a portfolio of fleet claims, applying thoughtful decision-making throughout the lifecycle of each claim.
- Building and nurturing strong, respectful relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners, always striving to deliver the most supportive outcomes for our customers.
- Delivering warm, responsive customer service with empathy and professionalism, while contributing positively to a cohesive and collaborative team environment.
- Upholding regulatory standards with integrity and attentiveness, responding to customer needs in a timely, solution-focused manner aligned with AAL phone expectations
About you
- Demonstrated experience in motor claims within a call-centre environment, with added value from exposure to commercial, complaints, and fleet claims.
- Confident communicator able to manage volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and care for our customers.
- Skilled at building positive relationships with insurance brokers and navigating customer needs with professionalism , and comfortable using a range of digital tools, systems, and reporting platforms.
- Confident in managing multiple tasks across various systems and product disclosure statements (PDS), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to interpret complex information, make thoughtful decisions, and support ongoing professional development through portfolio submissions
