What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst (Algorithm Development) to join the Enterprise Intelligence team. This fully remote role will focus on algorithm development, where you’ll design and deploy fully integrated SQL models that drive real-time automated mortgage operations.
This is a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where ideas move quickly from concept to production. You will work on projects that are not only technically challenging but also highly visible and business-critical, delivering tangible impact across the organization. Analysts are empowered to take initiative, think creatively, and solve hard problems—resulting in deeply rewarding and high-leverage contributions that drive revenue and profit for the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop Advanced T-SQL Algorithms: Independently author and optimize advanced T-SQL models that drive production processes in real-time.
- Automated Processes: Design and Integrate SQL algorithms into real-time production operations using tables, functions, stored procedures, and ADF Pipelines.
- Python Scripting: Write and maintain Python scripts to interface with AmeriSave’s SQL Server databases, enabling seamless data exchange between the database and AI APIs. This includes executing queries, processing API calls/responses, and updating database tables with AI-derived insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the AmeriSave Executive team, business partners, and technology teams. Translate business expectations into technical solutions, and coordinate deploying new solutions that align with AmeriSave’s operational and financial goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance and outcomes of your analytics models and processes. Proactively identify opportunities to refine algorithms, improve accuracy, and optimize system performance, keeping AmeriSave at the forefront of innovation in the mortgage industry.
What You’ll Need:
- Advanced SQL Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in advanced T-SQL development on Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proficient Python Skills: Strong proficiency in Python scripting, with practical experience consuming APIs and integrating Python applications with databases. Ability to use Python for data processing, automation, and calling external AI/ML services.
- Independent Problem Solving: Proven ability to design and build data-driven production logic independently – from concept to deployment.
- Data Pipeline & Workflow Design: Experience in designing automated data workflows or pipelines. Comfortable orchestrating processes that involve multiple steps and systems.
- College degree preferred

Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. **
Compensation:
Annual compensation for this position generally ranges from $100,000 - $180,000.
