As a fast-paced startup, we seek a candidate who thrives in dynamic environments and can navigate ambiguity with confidence and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall brand strategy for CAA and act as a brand guardian, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to brand standards across all teams and initiatives.
  • Develop a flexible shared services model for creative services and digital platforms, utilizing a mixture of internal staff, freelancers and agency partners based on organizational needs and scale.
  • Oversee the development of all visual content, including graphic design, visual identity elements and other creative assets, ensuring they align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Manage the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of CAA's digital ecosystem, including website development and maintenance, email marketing platforms (including list management and campaign execution), webinar platforms and other digital tools.
  • Establish clear service level agreements (SLAs) and workflows to ensure efficient and effective support to all internal teams.
  • Identify, implement and optimize marketing tools, technologies and best practices to enhance consistency and efficiency across all marketing and communication efforts.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, campaign optimization and personalization to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage budgets for shared services and brand initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and measurable ROI.
  • Establish robust metrics and reporting frameworks to track performance, identify areas for improvement and demonstrate impact.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Competencies

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive consistency and measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, SEO, content management systems, CRM and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with and a proactive approach to leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) tools for marketing and operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
