  • Work closely with segment heads and sponsors to keep everyone aligned and excited
  • Package and transition winning ideas into our product portfolio
  • Build compelling pitch decks and customer feedback tools
  • Gather real-world feedback from customers and turn insights into action
  • Collaborate with technical teams and external partners to bring ideas to life
  • Present your progress and outcomes at key decision points, including executive stage gates
  • Ensure every solution we develop is viable, feasible and impactful

What we expect you to have in your backpack as background and experience

  • A degree in Business or a related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in innovation, cross-functional product development, or startup environments
  • Solid knowledge of Design Thinking, Agile, or Lean methodologies
  • Strong business acumen and a sharp eye for commercial potential
  • A proactive, can-do attitude—you own your projects and deliver
  • Great communicator and natural stakeholder manager
  • Comfortable engaging with both customers and C-level leaders
  • Positive, collaborative, and not afraid to challenge the status quo
