Job description


Project Coordination & Management:
• Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously across various Australian locations.
• Utilize Office 365 and the client’s customized project controller system for efficient project tracking and reporting.
• Negotiate and coordinate with multiple contractors and stakeholders to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Ensure all project phases meet budgetary and deadline requirements.

Site Surveys:
• Identify and engage local signage contractors to conduct site surveys.
• Oversee the collection of detailed site photographs and measurements to support the creation of graphical overlays by the graphic design team.

Quotation Management:
• Production Quotes: Source and evaluate quotes for signage production based on designs provided by the graphics team.
• Installation Quotes: Source and assess quotes for signage installation based on installation files from the graphics team.

Project Execution & Delivery:
• Coordinate between production and installation contractors.
• Liaise with client sites to ensure seamless execution and that all deadlines and quality expectations are met.

Project Completion & Quality Assurance:
• Review completion photos and sign-off documentation to ensure finished signage matches approved artwork and meets quality standards.

Invoice Management:
• Review and verify all project invoices against approved quotes and completion documentation.
• Approve invoices and forward them to the accounts department for processing.

General Support:
• Provide additional support to the Business Development Manager as needed, including assistance with marketing initiatives and other business requirements.
