We are currently searching for qualified candidates for Associate Implementation Consultant. Please see the details for the position below.

Title: Associate Implementation Consultant

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy Transact’s Cloud POS solution
  • Understand third party hardware, such as HP and NCR equipment
  • Meet established department goals related to target completion dates, customer satisfaction, deployment throughput and more as assigned
  • Deliver onsite and remote installation duties as assigned
  • Support launch events for clients remotely and onsite as assigned
  • Deliver expert training and consultative services to provide optimal system functionality

Must Have Experience:

  • Degree or certificate in a technical or IT concentration, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to learn and master new software solutions
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft products, including but not limited to Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication
  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Strong time management skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in Higher Education environment
  • Experience working in dining service management
  • Experience working with Transact Campus solutions
  • Experience in a client technical support or service role
  • Experience deploying or supporting Point of Sale and eCommerce solutions
  • Up to 10% travel domestically and Canada, as needed

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
