About the Role:
Calling all LATAM Spanish speakers with a passion for B2B sales! If you have at least 1 year of experience in cold calling and upselling, join as a Sales Representative CSAM and support the LATAM market from beautiful Athens.
Key Responsibilities:
Make B2B sales calls to LATAM clients in Spanish and English
Identify new opportunities and upsell products/services
Meet sales goals and KPIs
Build long-term customer relationships
Requirements:
Native or fluent in LATAM Spanish + good English
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, cold calling, and upselling
EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full market access
Working Hours:
Spanish shift: 5pm2am (40h/week)
Hybrid option possible for experienced profiles
Salary: 1,560 gross x 14 salaries/year
14 salaries/year (12 monthly + Easter, Summer & Christmas bonuses)

Relocation Support:
3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office
Up to 300 relocation support with first payment
