Sales Representative CSAM LATAM Spanish + English

Start Date: 7th July 2025
Location: Athens, Greece (On-Site | Hybrid option considered with experience)

About the Role:
Calling all LATAM Spanish speakers with a passion for B2B sales! If you have at least 1 year of experience in cold calling and upselling, join as a Sales Representative CSAM and support the LATAM market from beautiful Athens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make B2B sales calls to LATAM clients in Spanish and English

  • Identify new opportunities and upsell products/services

  • Meet sales goals and KPIs

  • Build long-term customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in LATAM Spanish + good English

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, cold calling, and upselling

  • EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full market access

Working Hours:

  • Spanish shift: 5pm2am (40h/week)

  • Hybrid option possible for experienced profiles

Salary: 1,560 gross x 14 salaries/year

Relocation Support:

  • 3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office

    (Flight ticket not included; only partial reimbursement)
