Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, resolves, documents and reports on consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints against the organization. Identifies solutions that address billing issues and presents appropriate resolution options to customers.Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements within established limits and adjusts customer accounts
