Job Title: Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative
Start Date: 7th July 2025
Location: Remote within Greece (Work-from-Home)
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Portuguese speakers to join our clients team as Customer Service Representatives. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers in Portuguese
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions in the system
Collaborate with other departments when necessary to resolve complex queries
Requirements:
Native or fluent in Portuguese
Good level of English (B1 or above)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Eligible to work in Greece
Work Arrangement:
Remote work: If relocating, work-from-home is based in Athens
If already local in Greece, work-from-home is available anywhere in Greece
Relocation Package (if relocating):
2 weeks hotel accommodation
Flight ticket (from within the EU)
Airport pickup
Real estate agency fee covered to help find long-term accommodation
