Job Title: Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative

Start Date: 7th July 2025

Location: Remote within Greece (Work-from-Home)

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Portuguese speakers to join our clients team as Customer Service Representatives. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers in Portuguese

  • Provide accurate information about products and services

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Document customer interactions in the system

  • Collaborate with other departments when necessary to resolve complex queries

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Portuguese

  • Good level of English (B1 or above)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

  • Eligible to work in Greece

Work Arrangement:

  • Remote work: If relocating, work-from-home is based in Athens

  • If already local in Greece, work-from-home is available anywhere in Greece

Relocation Package (if relocating):

  • 2 weeks hotel accommodation

  • Flight ticket (from within the EU)

  • Airport pickup

  • Real estate agency fee covered to help find long-term accommodation
