Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with proven success in global outsourcing and BPO recruitment to lead full cycle hiring efforts for both U.S. and offshore roles. This is a strategic, high-impact position for a recruiter who thrives on results, understands the offshore talent landscape, and leverages AI tools and technology to deliver high-quality talent efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding, across technical, operational, and executive roles in global outsourcing projects.
  • Global Talent Sourcing: Proactively source top-tier candidates from key offshore markets (especially India, the Philippines, and LATAM) using job boards, LinkedIn, AI-driven platforms, and strategic networking.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct in-depth screenings and initial interviews to assess technical qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with hiring managers and Sales to understand talent needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies that align with client delivery goals.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for current and future high-volume hiring needs.
  • ATS & Data Management: Use Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn) to manage candidate flow, track performance metrics, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Technology-First Execution: Embrace and implement new sourcing tools, AI automations, and tech-enabled workflows to optimize speed and quality.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a best-in-class experience from first touchpoint through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor recruiting KPIs and market trends to refine strategies and boost effectiveness over time.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years focused on BPO or offshore talent preferred
  • Deep knowledge of offshore labor markets (India, Philippines, LATAM, etc.) and local sourcing dynamics
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn, or similar)
  • Proven track record of filling high-volume or hard-to-fill roles under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver against KPIs in a fast-paced, distributed work environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using AI-powered recruiting tools or automation systems is a strong plus
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-focused
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Tech-ready:
    • Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download/upload)
    • Personal PC/laptop (minimum i3 processor, 4GB RAM or higher)
