Implementation Consultants will join Ntracts on the Client Delivery team and to partner with our clients and guide them through the implementation process and onboarding their Contract Lifecycle Management system (CLM). The Implementation Consultant will collaborate with the Client to initiate the process internally, partner with them to build out their site configurations and CLM platform, validate the data, and support them through the training and transition to Client Services. 


Associate Implementation Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Scope and review implementation requirements documentation
  • Participate in implementations projects and manage relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Attend project kick-off meetings to review expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Support Implementation Consultant II and III through keeping client notes and follow-ups.
  • Identify risks and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to de-risk, and mitigate in a timely fashion.
  • Analyze client data and provide identified data gaps.
  • Perform and complete Contract Data Loads into POC and Primary Environments
  • Set up Client architecture in databases.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and clarification in Implementation Playbook
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • IC is considered at capacity when handling a volume of 8 projects, between New Logo and Migrations


Requirements

  • Ability to hold multiple projects and complete deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Patience when managing tough cases.
