The Virtual KPI & Performance Monitoring Assistant ensures that every team member reports, meets, and is held accountable to their role‑specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Using Geckoboard, RingCentral, Zoom, and AssessTeam, you will track daily activity, compile weekly and monthly performance insights, and prepare materials for quarterly reviews.
Key Responsibilities
Daily:
• Verify that each employee’s KPIs appear on the Geckoboard dashboard (calls made, appointments set, revenue booked, etc.) by 9 PM ET.
• Cross‑check RingCentral call logs and Zoom meeting records; note actual activity vs. reported KPIs.
• Enter a daily evaluation for every employee in AssessTeam, flagging unmet KPIs or standout performance.
Weekly:
• Complete weekly reviews for each employee in AssessTeam by Thursday 5 PM ET.
• Present a concise progress report at Monday and Friday team meetings, highlighting wins, trends, and any required corrections.
• Notify the Performance Review Manager of any employee who needs immediate coaching or corrective action.
Monthly:
• Conduct formal monthly assessments in AssessTeam for all staff, ensuring ratings are consistent with daily/weekly data.
Quarterly:
• Compile and summarize notes for every employee’s quarterly review; deliver to the Performance Review Manager at least five business days before the scheduled review.
Success Metrics for This Role:
• 100 % Dashboard Compliance: All team KPIs verified and updated on Geckoboard each business day.
• Audit Accuracy ≥ 98 %: Daily activity logs (RingCentral & Zoom) match reported KPIs.
• Reporting Punctuality: Weekly reports delivered before Monday meetings; monthly and quarterly reports submitted by assigned deadlines.
• Issue Escalation: Performance concerns or KPI breaches flagged within 24 hours.
