Job description

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

  • Assisting with the onboarding process of new clients, including coordination with the compliance team and support in commercial discussions;
  • Supporting the introduction of the company’s acquiring services to potential merchants, including preparing basic presentation materials;
  • Helping merchants throughout various stages of cooperation under the guidance of senior team members;
  • Maintaining regular communication with merchants and supporting long-term business relationships;
  • Supporting upsell opportunities within the current merchant portfolio and assisting in identifying new business leads, agents, or referral opportunities;
  • Acting as a support contact for key clients, helping resolve requests and providing excellent customer service;
  • Monitoring merchant performance data (such as approval rates and transaction trends) and preparing reports for senior team members;
  • Assisting in the planning of client development strategies to enhance client engagement and revenue growth.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
  • 1–2 years of experience in client support, account management, or a junior business development role preferably in Fintech industry;
  • Interest in the fintech sector and motivation to grow in a business development or client success career;
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn quickly;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for both client-facing and internal team interactions;
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
