Job Title: Executive Search Consultant
Location: Remote in SA UK working hours: Flexible

We support via our:
  • Executive search & Talent advisory practice: Executive search mandates of CEOs, GMs, country/ BU heads (P&L owners) and their ExCom members (CFO, CTO, CSO, M&A, CHRO, etc.) & Interim management / Independent consulting to support our clients throughout the strategic trajectory/investment lifecycle
  • Strategy consulting practice: Strategic and financial planning, Commercial Due Diligence, Transformation, Innovation, Value creation.
  • Corporate law practice: M&A & Private Equity deals, Tax law, Legal & tax Due Diligences, International commercial contracts, Privacy and data protection (GDPR conformity).

Job Description:
You will help investors (mostly Private Equity funds) and executives (CEO’s and top management of SMEs, mid and large-cap companies) to structure and deliver their permanent recruitment needs at executive level, as well as interim management and independent consulting project support.

The projects you will be involved in include:
  • Structuring with customers their needs for executive search mandates, as well as their needs for support on projects by independent consultants & interim managers.
  • Supporting customers in their choice of permanent candidates and independent consultants, by sharing and advising in the selection the most relevant profiles.
  • Monitoring placements, whether for permanent roles or temporary consulting assignments, on both the customer and the candidate/consultant side (including admin / timesheets).
  • Ongoing development of new client relationships, permanent candidates and independent consultants to support the firm's growth by bringing new client needs.
  • The development of client accounts on which you will work and, when we decide together, of new client accounts.

In addition, you will participate in the life of the firm, in direct contact with the firm's 10 partners, according to your needs and skills: strategic thinking, business development, production of research articles, internal projects, etc.



Requirements
Everything that we do can be learnt. It just takes time, commitment and very high curiosity in our topics, environment and interlocutors.

We are looking for people with:
  • Native French - This role will be supported a business based in France where you are dealing with French roles/ clients & candidates
  • 2-5 years of experience in executive search and/or interim management
  • We have 3 roles: 1 Junior, 1 Mid-level & 1 Senior 360 consultant role.
  • Ideally 360° consultant running a self-billing 200-400k desk
  • Capacity to handle numerous fragmented topics/projects at the same time and daily tasks.
  • Strong resilience, stamina and ability to sprint while keeping excellence level in both relationships building (candidates & clients) and delivery.
  • Strong appetite for business topics, curiosity.
  • Ability to develop long term relationships & personality who enjoy doing it.
  • Full autonomy, strong ownership, highly positive energy, self-starter, and entrepreneurial mindset (build for the future).

Salary is open and based on experience/ current earning structure across the 3 levels we are hiring for
