Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative with minimum 5 years of experience, to generate opportunities and convert these into long-term clients. This is a high-growth opportunity in a company that’s redefining the
industry.

About the Role
Your job is to engage, qualify, and convert potential clients into paying customers. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, working directly with decision-makers to understand their needs and introduce them to client’s services.

  • Call, email, and message inbound leads from Seek and other platforms
  • Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
  • Book and conduct initial consultation calls
  • Present value proposition and close deals
  • Follow up and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
  • Contribute ideas and refine sales strategies with leadership

·       As we grow, this role has the potential to scale into more hours and greater responsibility for the right candidate.

  • A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and handles objections with ease
  • Sales-driven with a passion for closing deals and hitting targets
  • Organised and proactive with strong follow-up skills
  • Target-oriented and thrives in a performance-based role
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, emails, and sales software
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer service
