Ready to do work that actually excites you? We’re looking for a Recruiter to take charge of sourcing top talent and managing our candidate database. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining up-to-date candidate profiles, keeping our CRM system organised, and connecting with potential candidates to spark interest in new opportunities. Your work will help create a smooth, efficient recruitment process and strengthen the link between candidates and our recruitment team. What You’ll Do
Download and organise candidate resumes and profiles from job boards and internal databases.
Accurately input and update candidate details in the CRM, including personal information and professional history.
Research and enrich candidate profiles by gathering additional information such as LinkedIn connections and current job status.
Reach out to candidates to assess their interest, availability, and suitability for upcoming opportunities.
Coordinate qualification calls between candidates and recruitment consultants.
Tag and organise candidates by skills, roles, and other relevant categories to streamline future searches.
Keep detailed and updated records of all candidate interactions and profile changes within the CRM.
Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure candidate information remains accurate and aligned with job placement needs.
What You Bring We’re looking for someone who:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
Proficient in using CRM platforms, ideally JobAdder or comparable recruitment systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail when managing candidate data.
Confident multitasker who can prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
Familiar with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate well with the team.
