Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our growing team and support all core aspects of finance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial statements, and supporting financial reporting. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and helping keep the business running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Own Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes—track invoices, payments, and outstanding receivables
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Maintain financial records and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Collaborate with external accountants and auditors as needed
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Support expense tracking, vendor payments, and internal financial workflows
  • Help implement and streamline financial processes and systems as the company scales
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable financial regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of A/P, A/R, and general ledger functions
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel/Google Sheets, and financial reporting tools
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
  • Availability to work U.S. hours
