About the role

  • Collaborate closely with two of our major Automotive Partner accounts to develop and nurture strategic business plans that support shared sales goals.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with Partners by understanding their evolving needs and skilled at identifying opportunities to introduce products and upgrades that add value.
  • Grow and enrich existing Partner portfolios with care, while thoughtfully managing budgets to support sustainable success.
  • Act as a dedicated partner liaison, fostering open communication and supporting Partners’ strategic planning with empathy and attentiveness.
  • Monitor progress and maintain clear, organized records, applying effective, respectful sales approaches and ensuring all partnerships follow compliance guidelines.

 

About you

  • Brings senior-level experience in financial services, ideally with a strong background in automotive and/or motor claims, managing client relationships and nurturing high-performing teams with supportive leadership and strategic vision.
  • Skilled in collaborative business planning, persuasive negotiation, and influencing to create Partner-centered solutions through careful analysis of data and financial insights.
  • Possesses deep knowledge of insurance products and legislation, with a keen ability to understand market needs and gently guide business development opportunities that enhance organizational growth.
  • Communicates clearly and warmly, delivering engaging presentations that resonate with diverse audiences and foster connection.
  • Actively cultivates and nurtures professional relationships and networks, strengthening industry ties and encouraging mutually beneficial partnerships
