What you’ll do:

The Inside Sales Representative is a dynamic sales professional focused on virtual selling, leveraging Eaton’s digital tools and CRM systems to achieve sales targets. This role, suited for a proactive hunter, involves using data analytics to conduct virtual customer meetings and, when necessary, occasional on-site visits. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within their portfolio, the Inside Sales Representative drives revenue growth by strategically engaging new and existing customers and partners through online and direct interactions.

 

Responsibilities: 
- Market analysis & forecasting
- Portfolio Plan creation and maintenance
- Customer data management 
- Quality (complaint) process management through Customer service/support
- Outbound contacting existing customers/prospects and develop opportunities
- Gain commitment and close the deal
- Handle objections/overcome barriers
- Deliver solutions
- Opportunity Tracking
- Needs discovery
- Deal/Pipeline Reviews
- Deal Advancement & monitoring
- Collaboration with Other Departments


 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in sales
- Ability to communicate in both English and German in a professional capacity. 

Skills:

- Good MS Office knowledge
- Good understanding of Search Engines and Social Media Platforms
- Problem-solving and research skills
- Attention to detail, and continuous learning.
