Assist Independent Living Specialists and Housing Retention Specialist to obtain supportive housing for clients. Escort clients to medical-, benefits-, and housing-related appointments. Compile, copy, and distribute HRA2010e housing packets. Issue residency letters and client appointment reminders; document client interactions and advocacy in CARES and AWARDS.
