Description

Georgia Military College is currently accepting applications for a Prospect Coach. The main function of this position is to consult with and coach prospective students in applying to the proper academic program, mode of learning, financial aid opportunities and campus location that best suits their individual academic needs. It is the responsibility of the prospect coach to answer all questions that the prospect has so that the prospect can properly apply to the academic program of their choice. A successful coach will be able to provide superior counseling to each prospect and accurately track activities through the institution’s CRM to provide reliable enrollment data.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Counseling prospective students to maximize the institutions applicant rate
  • Tracking and recording all prospect data within the CRM to inform decision making
  • Travel for specific recruiting events
  • Effectively identifies new processes and techniques to improve applicant rates from available prospect pool
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Starting salary: $32,000

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years direct customer service
  • Excellent customer service, strong written & verbal communication, & intermediate computing skills.

Preferred:

  • Associate's degree (or higher)
  • 3+ years in direct customer service
  • Experience working with CRM technology

 

Criminal background check and drug screen must be cleared before any candidate may begin working.
