The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,274 - $102,600 per year.  GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.

The pay range is not guaranteed compensation or salary.  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as a discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.

About the Role

As part of the Liquid & Powder Technologies (LPT) division within the GEA Academy umbrella, you will be part of a passionate global team dedicated to advancing skills and knowledge across the organization. This role is part of the LPT Academy and is focused on shaping and delivering impactful training and development initiatives. The position is remote with some international travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage division-specific training programs, including instructional design, learning methodologies, media strategies, blended learning, and portfolio management.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of skill matrices, learning pyramids, and training products tailored to defined target groups within the division.
  • Collaborate with country and regional managers to support the rollout of learning paths, training materials, and related infrastructure in their respective regions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement effective learning solutions aligned with divisional goals and GEA Academy standards.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning & development, human resources, or corporate education, ideally within an international or technical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and modern training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional, international teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable leading projects independently.
  • Strong sense of curiosity, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for development initiatives.
