About the role and the team: The Pro Trader Advisor plays a vital role in driving business operations and enhancing commercial partnerships to foster growth within specific categories on a global scale. This role involves strategic collaboration with a diverse portfolio of sellers across various regions, utilizing tailored growth strategies and market insights.
What you will accomplish:
Conduct proactive growth coaching with assigned accounts to identify and implement scalable opportunities
Analyze seller needs, market trends, and buyer insights to create compelling value propositions that drive growth
Source relevant and competitive inventory to support strategic execution and position the platform as a top choice for buyers
Educate and influence sellers on the adoption of marketing and promotional tools, and assist in planning marketing activities aligned with key campaigns
Ensure adherence to all policy, finance, and vetting processes to maintain organizational integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with category trading partners to optimize promotional strategies and enhance seller visibility on the platform
What you will bring:
A track record of surpassing performance targets through strategic planning and effective seller relationship management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all organizational levels
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously with strict attention to detail
Exceptional relationship-building skills coupled with integrity, reliability, and maturity
Outstanding time and project management skills
Additional Requirements:
Ability to travel and attend regional seller events, sometimes at short notice
Fluency in written and verbal English & French
Proven experience in buying, trading, or merchandising within an online retail or SMB environment, with specialized vertical knowledge
At least 2 years of commercial or sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
