Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Trainer for our Sales Operations team.  He/she will work closely with the teams to ensure training aligns with business goals, systems and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Coaching: Design and deliver training programs tailored to the specific needs of the sales operation team.
• Onboard new sales hires: Provide structured training programs to accelerate ramp-up time and ensure a smooth integration into sales operation workflows.
• Create & maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos & e-learning modules
• Track Training effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback surveys, and KPIs to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experiences in training for sales operations / sales enablement
• Experience in delivering training in a corporate sales environment, preferable within a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and guiding diverse teams.
