If so, Fashion Furniture Rental invites you to join our team as an Accounting Specialist II—a key player in keeping our financial operations running smoothly and efficiently.

As an Accounting Specialist II, you’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with our Accounting Supervisor and other departments to ensure our financial records are accurate, timely, and compliant.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing accounts receivable: conducting credit reviews, setting credit limits, and maintaining strong customer relationships while enforcing credit policies.
Handling collections and resolving billing inquiries with professionalism and care.
Running and reviewing daily billing, issuing invoices, and processing adjustments.
Overseeing accounts payable: entering invoices, verifying purchase orders, and preparing weekly check runs.
Reconciling company credit card transactions and ensuring accurate general ledger coding.
Supporting month-end close: preparing journal entries, reconciling bank statements, and generating summary billing and revenue share reports.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Contributing to a positive, team-oriented accounting environment.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of accounting experience, with a strong foundation in accounts receivable and payable.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Sage 100 (a big plus!).
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A high school diploma or GED (college coursework in accounting is a bonus).
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support the team wherever needed.
