Roles & responsibilities:
• Responsible to lead healthcare targeted sourcing initiatives with the support of other Channel leads.
• Responsible for the initial Sourcing POC for all healthcare
• Coordinate with Job Fair organizers for schedules to create a calendar of available Job Fairs.
• Job Fair logistics, (ingress & egress)
• Plan with Recruitment team to identify which sites/accounts will participate and ensure these sites/accounts are represented
• Cost monitoring and payment processing requirements of QC and Alabang
• Vendor Management for supporting partners
• Lead the promodizer team assigned to activity
• Monitor the status of all applicants sourced from the activity
• Re-profiling
• Identify high traffic venues with a healthy pool of candidates with our required profiles
• Similar tasks to when running a Job Fair
• Coordinate with various PESO offices for Job Fair schedules and create a calendar of available Job Fair dates
• Coordinate with Schools, Student Orgs and Local Government units to establish partnerships to access potential applicant database and organize Job Fairs
• Sourcing POC for a specific account vertical.
