Job Summary:

We are looking for a personal assistant to support a busy, polyamorous client on Bainbridge Island. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and independent Personal Assistant to oversee the smooth daily operations of their home. The ideal candidate is highly intuitive to anticipate the needs of the client, enjoys organizational projects as well as helping complete daily household tasks so our client can spend more time focusing on their passions.  This role requires a self-starter who can take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and is an excellent communicator who appreciates direct feedback. Experience working with neurodivergent individuals is important, along with high emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for supporting others.

Hours: 15 hours per week. Three days on-site: Tuesdays, Wednesdays,  and Fridays are preferred.  Hours are somewhat flexible, though the ideal schedule is 11am-4pm.

Compensation: $28 - $31 per hour, based on experience.

Location: Bainbridge Island, WA.  This is an on-site position, and candidates who live in the greater Seattle area must be willing to commute to the island.

Start Date: ASAP.

Role Description:

Your role will involve:

• Implementing home organization solutions.
• Performing household tasks such as laundry, dishes, and general tidying.
• Managing errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, processing returns  and more.
• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
• Scheduling and managing special home projects and maintenance.
• Assisting in organizing travel preparations and unpacking 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable around pets and other animals.
