Daily Responsibilities:
Monitor shuffler attendance and overall performance during the shift.
Ensure all shufflers comply with timing, appearance, and procedural standards.
Address shift-related issues immediately (e.g., lateness, confusion, technical problems).
Maintain real-time communication with the Card Counting Room regarding box status and management.
Manage daily communication with equipment support and make status reports on card stocks.
Deliver clear, constructive, and timely feedback to shufflers about performance or shuffle technique.
Regularly check the shuffler rotation to confirm it is accurate, up to date, and aligned with shift needs.
Monitor deck control and support the proper execution of card change procedures.
Assist in organizing re-training or refresh sessions for shufflers with repeated performance issues.
Submit an end-of-shift report.
Issue Escalation & Cooperation
Work closely with Service Managers and Risk Analysts when shuffle-related incidents occur during live games.
Follow up on mistake tickets involving shufflers by verifying issues.
Respond to incidents where cards are dropped.
Team Support & Training
Act as the first point of contact for shufflers’ questions, concerns, or immediate needs during the shift.
Provide guidance and support to new shufflers during onboarding and early shifts.
Assist with re-training efforts by observing performance and communicating with trainers or leads.
Must have:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rotation-based role within operations, preferably in a live casino.
Prior experience as a Shuffler supervisor or Card Specialist is considered a strong advantage.
High level of integrity, responsibility, and work ethic.
Minimum of B1 English Language Level
Good communication skills for delivering clear and constructive feedback.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
Familiarity with shuffler rotation systems and performance metrics.

As a key role within the organization, the Shuffler Coordinator will play a pivotal part in enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to our overall success.
