This isn’t just a teaching job—it’s a role for elite educators who thrive on challenge, complexity, and impact. As an EF Institute Corporate Trainer, you are part teacher, part consultant, part motivator. You don’t just deliver lessons—you design transformative learning experiences that help high-achieving clients operate confidently on a global stage.
You will work closely with VVIP individuals, business professionals, and corporate teams who trust you to guide their linguistic and cultural development. You are expected to deliver polished, high-impact instruction, adapt quickly to evolving client needs, and offer strategic input that elevates the entire learning journey. In every interaction, your deep expertise, professionalism, and service mindset should shine through.
What You’ll Do
Conduct needs analysis consultations to identify and define each client’s language, communication, and cultural fluency goals.
Deliver exceptional 1:1 and small-group sessions that blend language mastery with real-world relevance—meetings, negotiations, pitches, and more.
Design and curate tailored learning programs from a range of EF’s top-tier curricula, adapting materials and resources to suit individual client needs.
Offer targeted feedback and coaching that inspires tangible progress and confidence.
Collaborate with EF’s academic and product teams to shape and refine program offerings.
Track and communicate client progress with precision, ensuring every session delivers measurable value.
Occasionally host business seminars, cultural briefings, and VIP learning events that deepen engagement and foster loyalty.
Administer tests, including oral placement, speaking assessment and end of module reviews.
Who You Are
A polished, adaptable educator with experience working with high-level adult learners or corporate clients.
You hold a bachelor's degree and a recognized ELT qualification (CertTESOL, CELTA, DipTESOL, DELTA, MA Applied Linguistics, or equivalent).
You have 2+ years of experience teaching in professional or adult learning environments.
You think like a consultant—able to quickly assess client needs and deliver impactful solutions.
You hold yourself and your work to an exceptional standard, and can work autonomously and independently.
You thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and always put the client experience first.
You’re not just passionate about teaching—you’re passionate about results.
Why EF Institute
Working at EF Institute means stepping into a role that’s as rewarding as it is demanding. You’ll be surrounded by ambitious learners, supported by a global team of experts, and empowered to shape elite-level learning experiences every single day.
