Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized Thai university;
  • 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably from a law firm or international corporation;
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • General Legal Support: Assist the Head of Legal and Legal Specialist in managing all legal

matters of the Company. Provide legal guidance to various departments including Business

Development, HR, Marketing, and Finance.

  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts in both Thai and

English, including supplier agreements, licensing agreements, service agreements, and non-

disclosure agreements. Coordinate the internal contract approval process, and manage execution

workflow. Organize and maintain contract files and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping

and easy retrieval.

  • Research & Advice: Conduct legal research and provide practical advice on diverse legal and

compliance issues relevant to the Company’s business, such as PDPA, intellectual property, labor

law, platform liability, consumer protection, e-commerce regulations, and corporate law.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and provide advice on laws and regulations impacting the

Company’s business. Liaise with regulatory authorities, prepare regulatory filings, ensure timely

license renewals, and stay up to date with legislative development.

  • Corporate Governance: Support corporate governance activities including the preparation of

corporate resolutions, and coordinate with external stakeholders on KYC.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce legislation, consumer protection law, and PDPA; and
  • Experience drafting contracts related to digital platforms, booking systems, or technology

services
