What we are looking for:

  • Fluency in media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn) and tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets

  • Strong understanding of KPIs like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and a love for clean, compelling storytelling through data

  • Ability to collaborate across global teams and translate complexity into clarity

  • Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

  • Experience with attribution tools, Google Tag Manager, or experimentation platforms

How you will thrive and create an impact:

  • Analyze digital advertising performance across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more

  • Build real-time dashboards and performance reports using Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets

  • Ensure clean and accurate tracking through QA of pixels, tags, and UTM parameters

  • Support A/B testing and post-campaign retrospectives with insightful learnings

  • Collaborate across teams—from Marketing Ops to Creative—to ensure reporting excellence

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market benchmarks, and competitor activity

Our commitment to you

  • We value your time off, through flexible working hours and a hybrid setting, 24 vacation days, and an extra paid day off on your birthday!

  • Enjoy a modern work environment with amenities such as free coffee and tea, an office massage chair, PlayStation, and a library.

  • Your well-being is important to us. We support it with meal vouchers, gift vouchers, our Benefit Online Platform, and many others.

  • We care for you and your loved ones through a private medical insurance and Employee Assistance Program.

  • We empower you with learning and development opportunities to grow your career. Participate in in-house trainings, learn a new language or explore thousands of educational videos through LinkedIn Learning.
