Hybrid - work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Contract (9 months, two extension possible)

Must-Have's:

8+ years of experience in a Change Management role
- Organizational Change Management expertise:
  - Experience and knowledge of change management industry standards, best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience in the development of training, communication, and change management strategies and plans.
Stakeholder engagement:
- Ability to work effectively and engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, such as senior management and leaders, project managers, etc.
