Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of contracts, including purchase agreements, sales contracts, NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), TAs (Teaming Agreements), and business partnerships. You will also review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 


The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks to our organization. Your expertise will help reduce costs, maximize profits, and ensure all contracts align with legal and organizational standards.

 

Requirements 

  • Lead the negotiation, administration, and management of government contracts and subcontracts.
  • Review, negotiate, and manage NDAs and TAs to support business development and program operations.
  • Conduct compliance reviews of RFPs to ensure alignment with FAR, DFARS, and other federal regulations.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and review a variety of company contracts, including purchase agreements, sales contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with proposal teams to review and analyze proposal requirements, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations throughout the contracting process.
  • Provide guidance to program managers and internal teams on contract terms, obligations, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential contractual issues.
  • Manage contract modifications, amendments, and extensions as needed.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date contract files and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with government contracting officers and representatives.
  • Lead contract closeout activities, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Contract Management, Law, or a related field 
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in contract management, including at least 3 years in government contracting.
  • Experience working with business development and proposal teams to review and analyze proposal requirements, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other regulatory standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other federal regulations.
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating NDAs, TAs, and other agreements.
  • Familiarity with RFP review processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications like CFCM or CPCM
  • A master’s degree or JD is a plus.
