SUMMARY 
 

The Program Coordinator serves as a liaison between clients and internal project staff to coordinate scheduling activities and manage day-to-day client communications.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate project scheduling activities and day-to-day client communications
  • Manage client concerns by providing timely responses and solutions
  • Perform data entry following prescribed or established formats
  • Coordinate site visit and staff scheduling for project managers
  • Communicate with subcontractors to track their availability and assign to projects
  • Review energy and water efficiency report findings with clients to answer questions and relate results to program guidelines or expectations
  • Assist with client invoicing, setting up new projects, and managing client information in the CRM database
  • Attend client meetings, conferences, and networking events
  • Assist in the development of documents for proposals and reports and marketing materials
  • Enter utility data following established formats
  • Track project deadlines, proposal submissions, and report delivery dates in online database
  • Research rebate programs and monitor legislative updates as necessary and stay current on requirements of relevant programs
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and company mission, vision and values
  • Timely response to client e-mail and phone messages
  • Work effectively with the team 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

  • Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person, via email, and over the telephone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat & Reader
  • Excellent math and problem-solving skills
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines and work overtime as needed
  • Excellent organizational skills and a demonstrated interest in the building science, energy efficiency and/or sustainability fields.
  • Ability to manage deliverables and due dates for many projects at any given time.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, public policy, sustainability, or related degree or equivalent years of experience in related field.

    COMPENSATION

    Salary range: $23-26/hr. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role

    The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.

    You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
