We’re excited to be on the lookout for a System Integration Manager to join Dematic team in Lithuania.

In this role, you will be responsible for technical delivery of system that meets sold requirements with high focus on ensuring throughput and accepting testing requirements are met. You will continue to assess throughout the project whether the system continues to meet the customer’s needs and escalate if required. Your valuable insights may drive internal changes, or variation scope to customer. System Integration Manager is expected to minimise Non-Conformance Cost in areas under their control or influence. This includes proactively driving pre-site testing and quality verification to minimise defect creep into site phase.

The monthly pay range for this role is estimated to be €2875-4225 gross (final compensation will be determined based on your competencies and experience) + daily allowance (varying between €35 – €80 per day) while on business trips.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What will you do in this role?

  • Responsible for ensuring all sub-systems supplied within a Dematic solution are correctly integrated. ‘What if’ cases

    for exception responses.

  • Verify solution pre-sales and agree acceptance testing criteria to ensure project can be delivered successfully.

  • Validate simulation and emulation models to ensure results are representative of completed system.

  • Consult during FDS / SFS process, validate and approve content.

  • Minimise defects in all subsystems when delivered to site.

  • Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance Testing planning, preparation and execution.

  • Issue management and data analysis during testing phase.

  • Availability model – preparation of model and measurement.

What are we looking for?

  • Educated to degree level (bachelor’s degree or higher) in Industrial Engineering / Mechatronics / Mathematics or related engineering discipline.

  • At least 4 years of experience in technical development or management field (preferred in high–level automated logistic business).

  • Proven engineering experience in Material Handling Industry is highly preferred.

  • Previous experience as Software Engineer in warehouse management system (nice to have).

  • Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation.

  • Exceptional functional leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong customer-facing skills with ability to be confident and effective in customer-facing interactions.

  • Collaborative and effective team player.

  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 80% of the time.

  • Full working proficiency in English.

  • Hold a valid driving license.
