We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relationship Management team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

 

The AVP, Client Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing performance management, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

 

We will count on you to:

  • Administer, mentor, and oversee performance management for senior support level employees and junior professional employees.
  • Coordinate the workload of team members and ensure the team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.
  • Strengthen effective long-term relationships with key client decision-makers and monitor changes within client organizations.
  • Take a proactive approach to account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Recognize and capitalize on revenue generation and growth opportunities by developing additional business from existing portfolios and other sources.
  • Implement successful account retention and defense strategies to ensure business is retained.

 

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
