About the Opportunity
As a Senior Manager in the Compliance Technology & Data Strategy team, you will play a critical role in shaping the FCC model governance, oversight, and strategic development for KYC—Customer Risk Rating (CRR) and Watchlist Screening systems applied to both fiat and crypto ecosystems. You will lead independent validation and effectiveness testing of CRR models and watchlist screening engines, drive data quality initiatives, and help define a strategic roadmap to address current and emerging challenges in KYC and sanctions technology. You will also support regulatory readiness efforts and help position the firm to meet evolving global regulatory expectations related to KYC and watchlist screening model governance.
In addition to testing & validation responsibilities, you will help shape the firm’s compliance technology strategy for KYC and watchlist screening — driving improvements to screening engines, KYC platforms, data architecture, and integration of advanced technologies to strengthen FCC controls.

Stay current on regulatory expectations and best practices for CRR and watchlist screening model governance (NYDFS, FATF, OFAC, EU regulations, FCA, MAS)
Support the strategic evolution of the firm’s KYC & watchlist screening technology stack in collaboration with cross-functional partners
