Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Professional to independently manage a wide range of HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with effective communication and a deep understanding of HR processes, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvements
Contract: maternity replacement, fixed term.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following
- Independently manage day-to-day HR operational tasks related to production employees, including onbording/offboarding, preparing employment contracts, and managing all employee lifecycle processes for hourly paid workers.
- Maintain compliance with internal procedures and local labor legislation.
- Collaborate closely with production managers and external agencies to support workforce planning, retirements, resignations, and related HR activities.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, utilizing data to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Take ownership of specific HR processes such as Short-Term Incentive (STI) and Annual Salary Review (ASR) for hourly employees, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Communicate effectively with employees and managers, providing guidance and support in HR-related matters.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead the implementation of necessary changes.
- Provide support across various HR functions as needed, contributing to a cohesive and efficient HR team.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Proven experience managing HR processes independently, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficiency with Excel and HR information systems (eg. Success factors).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with employees and managers at different levels.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
