Business Development Manager
Remote | Full-time | Up to £60,000 + Benefits
We are working with a long-standing and highly respected client of ours to find a commercially driven Business Development Manager. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll be responsible for developing new business across the UK and Ireland, while nurturing existing customer accounts. You'll work closely with both UK and European teams to expand the product portfolio and support clients across a wide range of sectors, ensuring solutions meet both technical and performance requirements.
This is a client-facing role with regular travel and the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a business that's growing and investing in its future.
Strong business development experience in the fenestration sector (windows, doors, façades)
Proven success working with fabricators, system houses, or component suppliers
A proactive mindset and commercial acumen
Knowledge of thermal break technology and aluminium profile systems is a strong advantage
Ability to manage the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities to closing deals
Up to £60,000 basic salary
