Position Overview

We are looking for a driven, creative and strategic person to take our Entrust credential business to the next level. This person will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategic growth plans with our largest resellers in NAM. Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual revenue objectives through assigned key accounts

  • Strategize with partners to uncover incremental growth opportunities

  • Work with partners to develop and execute annual business plans and review on a quarterly basis

  • Provide voice of customer back into the organization on future product needs, support requirements and go-to-market strategies.

  • Facilitate reseller contract renewals in accordance with established Global Partner Program guidelines.

  • Works closely with a dedicated inside account team to providing exceptional customer service and support

  • Leverage Learning Management System to enhance partner knowledge and maximize revenue growth. 

  • Work with Channel Sales Director to determine geographic areas of potential growth where we may want to expand our partner/reseller network. 

  • Drive adoption of the Global Partner Program among assigned partners

  • Leverage suite of channel tools to measure the effectiveness of key initiatives across assigned key accounts. 

  • Provides intelligence on competitive channel programs and strategies.

  • Provides quarterly sales forecasting and weekly revenue updates

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Channel Management or Sales in a business-to-business sales environment.

  • Experience in selling hardware, software and service products through channels.

  • Experience driving growth through channel partners.

  • Technical competence and ability to utilize various software and hardware platforms (Oracle, Business Intelligence and Salesforce or similar platforms).

  • Proficient with MS products: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time.

  • Proven experience in developing long-lasting and profitable business relationships with business owners and their sales force

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization for US

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proven ability to create brand mind share within a network of channel partners.

  • Demonstrated creative, analytical and critical thinking abilities.

  • Goal oriented, persistent, skilled collaborator with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience within the access control systems space 

  • Experience with distribution sales/management

Compensation Range:


The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $71,767-$105,258 per year (in the primary posting location). This position is also eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience and actual performance against the assigned sales compensation plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
