Service Delivery Coordinator - Labcorp Employer Services

The Service Delivery Coordinator provides support to our Service Delivery Managers and a subgroup of clients through strategic event scheduling and program configuration necessary to ensure successful event execution. Additionally, Service Delivery Coordinators create positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through excellence in communication, responsiveness, and teamwork.

What You’ll Accomplish:

  • Creating strategic event schedules that best lend to operational success with high engagement

  • Communicate with client and internal contacts on specific event details leading up to onsite events

  • Configure pre-defined client program details in internal systems

  • Monitor online appointment registration activity to advise on event schedule adjustments

  • Collaborate internally with all aspects of operations and client success to ensure excellence in executing promises made to clients

  • Ensure that all necessary event supplies are requested on time for shipment and delivery

  • Coordinate with Talent department to ensure staff in the field are prepared for successful events

  • Client relationship development 10%, Tactical 50%, Transactional 40%

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree, required, preferably in Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Health Education, Health Communication, Public Health or Nutrition

  • 2+ years of direct experience in event coordination required

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000/yr

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. 

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.  Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.  For more detailed information, please click here
