The American College of Radiology (ACR) is looking for a Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This position will join a collaborative and mission-driven team with a strong commitment to employee well-being and development. At ACR, the Benefits Specialist is instrumental and essential in the administration of all employee benefits and leave programs. The Benefits Specialist will be the point person in the implementation, compliance, and communication of benefits-related policies and programs, acting as the primary contact for employees and external benefits partners.

This position will work a Remote schedule with the expectation of coming into HQ up to 4 times/year. While working a Remote schedule, qualified candidates must be able to maintain a schedule of working 8:30 - 5:00P. When working remotely, workers must be self-motivated, possess excellent time management, and be highly organized. Reliable internet connection is a must!

ACR’s goal is to pay competitively and equitably. It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case’s circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the annual compensation range for this position is $71,600 – $95,500.
