Job description

Are You Ready to Achieve Your Full Potential? If so, we are seeking a motivated and diligent student for our CI Engineer position

We are seeking you to support a 3-month strategic initiative aimed at determining the theoretical production capacity of our manufacturing sites. The role involves conducting detailed time studies across various production processes, analyzing manufacturing performance data, and identifying current utilization rates and labor requirements. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency and strategic planning within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Do You Want to Be Part of a Great Team Where Collaboration Drives Success? This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting our Manufacturing and Operations activities. This role is based iat our office in Polinyà - Spain. We will provide you with all the necessary training, as long as you possess a dedicated and driven approach. Experience is not required if you demonstrate interest and eagerness to learn.

Key Tasks:

  • Observe and document the production process across different product lines and manufacturing stages.
  • Perform time analysis to evaluate process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production personnel to gather accurate operational data.
  • Calculate theoretical production capacity based on process observations and standard times.
  • Assist in determining optimal staffing levels and current labour utilization.
  • Present findings in a structured format for decision-making by plant management.

What Does It Take to Become Our New Team Member?

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Advanced Spanish and English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and productivity concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with data collection tools and process mapping is a plus.
