Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist

Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with HubSpot and a strong understanding of marketing automation principles. They will be responsible for developing and executing marketing automation campaigns, as well as managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns that achieve business goals
• Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM
• Work with other marketing team members to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Track and analyze marketing campaign results
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing automation trends

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
• Strong understanding of marketing automation principles
• Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
