Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager with a strong background in affiliate marketing, digital campaign execution, and client relationship management. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and growing key client partnerships while optimizing affiliate performance and digital initiatives. What You'll Do

Client Management 

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients
• Lead weekly client calls, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
• Translate client goals into actionable campaign strategies and ensure timely execution alongside the Senior Account Director

Affiliate & Digital Marketing

• Collaborate with partners on creative strategies and promotional campaigns, Oversee the execution of digital campaigns at a high level with the help of the digital team
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency

Reporting & Analysis 

• Analyze campaign data and deliver performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
• Monitor KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues
• Work cross-functionally to improve campaign performance and client satisfaction

Business Development

• Develop new business – either net new partners or expanded business lines within existing partnerships – through a critical understanding of client needs and our business’ expertise
• Meet with existing and new partners in person to develop new business and cultivate existing business. Expected travel, up to two times per month 

What you'll will bring

• 3–5+ years in account management, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing (agency or in-house)
• Experience managing client relationships and meeting performance goals
• Proficiency with affiliate platforms and tracking tools preferred
• Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Compensation & Benefits 

• Total Compensation: On target earnings $80,000-100,000 with unlimited upside (base + performance-based bonus)
