Job description

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focusedShop Sales Executiveto join our Shop team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving multi-channel sales performance, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring every order is handled with care and precision. This role is based at our Tunbridge Wells office - 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).

Logistics UK is one of the biggest business groups in the UK, representing the entire Logistics industry with members from the road, rail, sea and air industries, as well as the buyers of freight services such as retailers and manufacturers. Our focus is the critical services, support, and advice we provide to our members.

As a Sales Executive your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer support across phone, web, and email
  • Processing orders and returns efficiently and accurately
  • Identifying and acting on outbound sales opportunities
  • Supporting sales campaigns and external retail events
  • Building strong relationships with customers, especially our Top 20 Accounts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to maximise commercial opportunities
  • Working with fulfilment partners to ensure seamless delivery
  • Supporting broader business goals to grow sales and protect profit

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience is highly desirable
  • You are numerate with strong computer literacy
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • You are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
