The Opportunity

An Account Director at M+C Agency is responsible for managing client projects from brief to completion, with financial accountability for those projects under their remit.

A snapshot of what you'll do

• Oversees the delivery of multi-channel initiatives, spanning advertising, CRM, digital, content, and experiential, ensuring consistency and impact

• Lead projects and oversees management of timelines, WIPs, job numbers and estimates
• Partners with Operations and Production teams to allocate resources efficiently, balancing scope, timing, and budget constraints
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines
• Drive creative excellence by generating fresh, strategically sound ideas that push boundaries and challenge the status quo
• Facilitates productive discussions that translate client ambitions into actionable strategies and breakthrough creative work
• Support to senior team members when required

Your ideal experience

• Previous experience working in an Account Director role from a creative or comms agency environment
• Knowledge of Advertising: TV, radio, print production, sponsorships & other emerging media including digital; web, email, mobile
• Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and communications projects
• Passionate about great ideas, underpinned by commitment to delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a confident, credible presenter
