Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We're hiring a proactive and emotionally intelligent Outbound Sales Development Associate to own LinkedIn prospecting, CRM workflows, and outbound engagement. You'll work directly with the founders to drive conversations, schedule qualified calls, and fuel the top of the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute structured LinkedIn and Apollo.io outreach campaigns.
  • Engage 200+ new prospects/month; generate 30+ outbound conversations.
  • Maintain detailed notes and follow-ups in HubSpot.
  • Request 50+ warm intros weekly; engage with key accounts on Instagram.
  • Track KPIs: connection rates, responses, and booked meetings.
  • Test and refine messaging based on outcomes.
  • Share insights to improve positioning and call conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in outbound sales, SDR, or BDR roles.
  • Excellent written English and EQ.
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Apollo.io.
  • Strong follow-through, time management, and persistence.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Native English.
  • Solar or clean energy background.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Familiar with Clay and LinkedIn automation tools.
